• Kindly collect from the General Office:

1) Dental Forms

2) Mini Calendars

3) Bookmarks

for the class and distribute.

• Dental Forms are to be acknowledged by your parents and returned to me by tomorrow

(Chairperson/Vice Chairperson kindly arrange amongst yourselves to collect the form tomorrow)

• Also, upon collecting the "Acknowledgement Slips" for the Assessment Plan, you may hand them over to me by dialing Ext407 over the phone outside the staffroom
